Overall the product was fairly good my dad liked it which was who it was for however I would like to note that it may have been scratched during postage due to not being packaged correctly I would also like to note that the mug is not completely black you can see the images faintly if you couldn't see the images faintly it would be much better as it would look like a normal mug

Overall, I would say that I am very satisfied with this mug.. The writing and the photo came out very clear and I'm happy with that. Only negative point I would say is the cup isn't as big as I thought it would be

No complaints, only little gripe would be that the pictures are ever so slightly visible when cold - I have seen other mugs with a better 'pure black' effect when cold. Nonetheless, a supeb gift :)

great product. a couple of my photos were not great quatily so I was delighted with the end product I didn,t think they would transfer as well as they did onto the mug. also one arrived smashed and it was replaced with no fuss (just had to email a photo of smashed mug). Im not great at IT but easily managed to work my way through the instructions and did find it quite easy to choose background etc. the only thing I would have liked is a few more choices of background. other than that was delighted and the mugs gave everyone a laugh on Christmas day.

I ordered these mugs because they were on a special deal and used them as part of a Christmas present for two people. For something so cheap and simple, it was actually the highlight of all of the presents. Very quick and easy to design too (but I would say to crop your picture before uploading it to the site). I would definitely think about buying again!

The mug was smashed when it arrived. Other than that the print was very good. Pixa Prints Customer Service Notes:  Smashed mug was due to Royal Mail not being careful with package.  Customer was offered an immediate reprint and issue solved as soon as we were informed.

Super item with no flaws. The only issue I have is I ordered 4 of these and with the cups being black there was no indications to what picture was on the mug.So i had to add hot water to all of them to see whose was whose mug.Maybe a mini print would solve this issu
