By using the Pixa Prints website you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of the following terms and conditions you must terminate use of this website.
We do not issue these Terms and Conditions seperately to users once an account has been setup. All Terms and Conditions are available here to view
Use of website
Pixa Prints owns all property, content, images of the website. All rights are reserved property of Pixa Prints. You must not
- Copy any part of the websites code and infastructure
- Republish any content on the website without prior consent
- Use the website for means of selling your own service or product without prior consent
Should you wish for your data to be removed from Pixa Prints platform you can do so via the My Account section. Once you confirm you would like to close your account all personal data will be deleted instantly from the platform with no option to restore.
Certain sections of our website are for restricted access including account sections. We reserve the right to restrict access to these sections at our discretion. When you have registered with Pixa prints you will be given a user ID and password. You must ensure these details are kept confidential and not shared. It will be your full responsibility if any loss or damage is caused to Pixa Prints due to not storing your password in a secure manor.
Pixa Prints will store your photos on their server for the purpose of ordering products from the website. We will not sell your photographs to any third parties. Images uploaded by yourself can be viewed from your album at anytime. Access to the photos is restricted to your account/current session on the server. Pixa Prints will not be held responsible for your images being lost and/or corrupt. The service offered by Pixa Prints is not to be used as a backup solution, we do not do backups of your photographs to multiple servers.
All images are stored on servers operated by Amazon Cloud and as such are held on shared servers.
Once you delete a photo from your account it will be removed from view. Images remain on our server for a period of 5 days after you mark them for deletion. This is to allow us to continue to process any orders that may be active at that time or any saved designs. After this minimum period and to a maximum of 7 days we will remove the images from our servers permanently. Any saved designs using these photos will not be able to be ordered or altered.
Pixa Prints does not accept orders or photo uploads of pornographic, indecent, obscene or offensive photographics. Any order with photos of this nature will be cancelled and a refund provided.
Copyright and content
Any files uploaded, transmitted, posted or communicated are treated as User content and when transmitted to Pixa Prints is deemed to be owned by you the user. All user content sent to Pixa Prints is deemed to have the authority to use the content by the customer and you have where required seeked prior permission to use any content uploaded to our system including but not limited to copyright photographs. We do not filter and check any photographs or user content due to the level of automation in our facilities and as such any issues arising from copyright infringement is the full responsibility of the user responsible for the content posted to our site. You, the user, accept that you have checked to ensure you have permission to use the photographs/files and all user content stored, used for ordering and printed materials such as Pixaprints provide .
No offensive material may be posted to our servers and we may cancel any order that uses such content deemed to be offensive, of pornographic, obscene, hatred or violent nature.
Any content uploaded by you the user must be free of viruses, malware, trojans or any script designed to infringe Pixa Prints, the software and/or servers.

Refunds and Cancellations
Personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned as they have been made to your specific requirement/design
All orders once placed are final. No alternations can be made to designs once the order is placed. Due to the high level of automations in our process as soon as an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or altered. Any customised gifts cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a problem with the product and we are unable to reprint the item.
At time of design we will show the product exactly how it is to be printed. We do not alter or adjust any designs once they have been made. Acceptance of how a design is shown on screen is final and is how we will print your item.
All delivery/shipping times are estimates not guarantees and maybe effected by unforeseen production or courier issues . We do not accept responsibility for delays or any loss suffered due to missed shipping or delivery dates
Current strikes by Royal Mail and Parcelforce (2022)
During any postal or courier strikes order deliveries may be delayed by the delivery networks. We are not liable for any loss suffered due to missed delivery dates supplied by the courier or postal service and shown at time of order.
During the upcoming and ongoing industrial action by the Communication Workers Union that will affect the Royal Mail your order may experience an unavoidable delivery delay. Please accept our apologies for any delay.

A reprint not a refund will be issued for non delivered items. The following times for a reprint apply as per the postal/courier option selected at checkout. These times are based after the order has shipped from us and exclude strike days
Extended time for recourse for delayed deliveries is due to strike action causing extended delivery times at the present time

Print turnaround times ( TAT) commence once the item is ordered
We do not deliver at the weekends and all shipping dates are based on a 5 day business week
Any item which the courier is unable to deliver and return to us will be charged for a re-delivery
Lost in transit or Showing as Delivered but not received
Where an item has not been received at the delivery address entered correctly with the order or is showing as received (by the courier or Postal tracking system) by or after the estimated delivery date we may need the following time to check on where the products location. If after these time periods have elapsed and the item is still not received we will deem the item to be lost and issue a reprint or refund.
Non Tracked service up to 21 Days
Courier and Tracked Postal services up to 8 Days
If at anytime restrictions are put in place by regional Governments this may cause delays in your order being delivered within the estimated time frame. We cannot accept responsibility for these delays but where an unreasonable time has passed we may issue a refund or reprint of the order

Safeplace Delivery Improvements from Royal Mail
From the end of September 2022, if there is no recipient in to accept your parcel(s), we may choose to deliver them to a Safeplace location at the address, if our postman or postwoman deems that location to be suitable (currently we only leave parcels in a Safeplace if the recipient has asked us to directly). In that case, we will also leave a “Something For You” card explaining where the parcel(s) is located. If we are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, we will return your parcel(s) to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a “Something For You” card at the address.
Where a product is faulty we will offer a reprint or a refund if we are unable to address the issue via a reprint. A reprint of your item will take priority over refunds. Where an item is unwanted please refer to to Refunds and Cancellations. We cannot provide refunds or reprints if the issue has not been caused by our process. If a file has any errors that causes the product not to print as required we cannot offer a refund.
Due to the nature of our products being customised and some products offering a protective nature warranty is limited to 3 months on all items from date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty during the life of the product.
100% Satisfaction guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to any item we print not being to the standard of the design or images supplied with the order. If images used for an order are of a poor quality but have been approved to be printed we will assist where possible on a reprint but a charge will apply.
A reprint or refund will not be issued on a design or prints which have been created incorrectly or images used which are of a poor quality e.g blurred, pixelated.
